Alicia graduated from Genesee Community College in 2010 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She had worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting for five years prior to joining Lattimore in 2015. She enjoys working with patients to help them break through physical limitations in order to obtain functional goals. Alicia lives in Greece and loves music, sports, warm weather, good food, and spending time with her ridiculously large family.

Jim graduated from Daemen College with a degree in physical therapy in 2001. He has been practicing in the outpatient setting since and provides a wealth of experience and knowledge in multiple areas. Jim specializes in functional movements with the coordination of proper flexibility and strength in order to improve mobility. She enjoys working with a wide range of musculoskeletal and joint conditions with a particular interest in working with older individuals who worry about losing their balance or falling. In her spare time, she enjoys weekly gatherings with family, watching Bills games, and tending to her vegetable garden.
