Zack received his Associates (AAS) degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Genesee Community College in 2020. He has also been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016. Zack’s diverse personal training experience at different gyms has provided him a unique knowledge and skill set compared to traditional PT Assistant abilities, allowing him to assess and teach exercises at a higher level.

Zack joined the Peak team in February of 2022, initially starting in a part-time per diem role. The Physical Therapists were able to individually train and further develop Zack’s ability to help our patients to such an extent that he was transitioned into a full time position by April of 2023. He has completed his Certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) from the Gray Institute in Michigan to further grow his knowledge base and skill sets at applying functional biomechanics principles to everyday patient care.

Zack met his wife, Marisa, in high school and began dating a few years after they both graduated. They currently live in Webster and recently just had a son, Grayson.

“I love helping people – whether it’s in training to reach their fitness goals or in PT to decrease their pain and improve their lives. That is what motivates me! When I hear that people are decreasing pain or reaching goals that they set, it encourages me and keeps me going and doing what I love to do. I have had injuries in my sports career, which I did not do PT for and definitely should have. Now I like to share my experiences and the increased benefit that PT has in return to help patients excel in sport and in life.”
