Tim Anne is the Chief Executive Officer of Lattimore Physical Therapy, a premier provider of physical therapy services across the region. A dynamic and visionary leader, Tim has been instrumental in guiding the organization through sustained growth, while preserving its core commitment to exceptional patient care and a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Since joining the Lattimore family after graduating from Nazareth College in 2001, Tim has advanced through every level of the organization—bringing both clinical expertise and strategic insight to his leadership role. Under his direction, Lattimore Physical Therapy has expanded its footprint, enhanced its service offerings, and solidified its reputation for delivering personalized, outcome-focused care.

Tim’s leadership philosophy is grounded in fostering a culture of excellence, where clinicians and staff are empowered to innovate, support one another, and build lasting relationships with patients. His strategic initiatives focus on expanding access to care, fostering strong patient and community relationships, and developing high-performing teams that embody the Lattimore Way.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Tim maintains a strong connection to clinical practice. As one of a select group of Sports Certified Specialists in the Rochester area, he has specialized in treating shoulders, hips, and knees, particularly within athletic populations. This hands-on experience continues to inform his leadership and reinforces his commitment to patient-centered care.
