Noah Mandel is from Erie, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Gannon University in 2023 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, after completing his Masters and Bachelor’s degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Noah is an avid runner and enjoys winter sports and activities, watching football and being with family.
