A 2003 graduate of Elon University with a Master’s in Physical Therapy, Matt joined Lattimore in 2006 as Clinical Director of the Dansville clinic. Over the years, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive growth and operational excellence, becoming a co-owner and partner of multiple Lattimore clinics in 2008.
As Chief of Analytics with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management, Matt’s leadership is pivotal in shaping the organization’s strategic direction. He leads the efforts to optimize billing workflows, enhance revenue cycle performance, and leverage data analytics to improve decision-making at all levels. His ability to integrate clinical knowledge with operational strategy has helped position Lattimore for sustained growth and efficiency.
In addition to his leadership in analytics and operations, Matt remains deeply committed to clinical excellence. He is highly skilled in McKenzie spine treatment, Manual Therapy, Functional Assessment, Myofascial Release, and other orthopedic treatment approaches. His comprehensive knowledge allows him to continually refine and improve patient care, ensuring that clinical outcomes align with operational goals.
