Jeremy graduated from D’Youville College in 2015 with a B.S. in Health Services Management, Master’s Certificate in Health Service Administration, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an Advanced Certificate in Orthopedics. He was a dual sport athlete in college, playing volleyball and baseball at D’Youville.
Jeremy began his career with Lattimore of Webster PT in 2015. In 2018, he returned to his hometown (Churchville-Chili Graduate) to open Lattimore of North Chili Physical Therapy, where he lives and serves the community today.
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters and is grateful to raise his family in the same community he grew up in.
