Throughout his career, Dustin has maintained a strong commitment to delivering individualized, patient-centered care. He believes in building lasting relationships with patients by treating them as whole individuals—not just diagnoses—and empowering them through education and support. His clinical focus has included advanced training as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Sports Certified Specialist (SCS), and in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Management (VR/CON). He is also Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified, enabling him to assess and train golfers at all skill levels.

As COO, Dustin champions a culture where clinical excellence and employee satisfaction go hand in hand. He is deeply involved in mentoring clinicians across the Lattimore Network, helping them grow not only as practitioners but also as future leaders. His approach emphasizes ongoing education, hands-on training, and open communication to ensure that every team member feels supported and inspired in their work.
Dustin is passionate about developing high-functioning teams that prioritize quality care, and he sees mentorship as a key driver of both patient success and professional fulfillment.

“We strive to treat the patient, not the diagnosis. Every individual is different, and by understanding this, we can deliver quality care to all of our patients.”
