“As a physical therapist, I want my patients to know that their goals are extremely important to their rehabilitation. I emphasize function in my treatment strategy, meaning I tailor exercises to closely relate to what my patients want to achieve physically after their time in the clinic with me has come to an end. It is also important to me that my patients understand what is happening with their body in relation to an injury, a surgical operation they have had, or any other reason they may be seeing me. This way, we can work together as a team to improve their quality of life.”
