Amanda completed her undergraduate degree at SUNY Binghamton where she received a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA, and found her way back to her hometown of Rochester. She enjoys creating personalized and engaging exercise programs for her patients centered around evidence-based practice and strengthening/stretching techniques. Her background includes coaching gymnastics and teaching group fitness classes. She has additional sports experience in soccer, boxing, cross-country, and recreational football. In her free time, Amanda enjoys being active outdoors, reading, listening to musicals, and watching Marvel movies.
