Adam Frank serves as the Chief People Officer (CPO) of the Lattimore Physical Therapy Network, where he leads efforts to strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and support team development across all clinic locations. With a focus on building high-performing teams and maintaining a positive work environment, Adam plays a key role in ensuring that every staff member is supported in delivering consistent, relationship-driven care. His leadership is grounded in the belief that a strong internal culture—built on communication, accountability, and shared purpose—directly translates into better outcomes and stronger relationships with patients.
Adam graduated from Ithaca College in 2002 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. He began his career with Lattimore that same year and has since treated a broad range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions. He has particular expertise in the treatment of vertigo and vestibular disorders. His clinical approach centers on personalized care, taking time to understand each patient’s goals and working closely with them throughout the recovery process. For Adam, meaningful patient relationships are the foundation of effective treatment and long-term outcomes.
After serving as a clinical director for five years, Adam became a partner in the Lattimore Network and opened the Webster clinic in 2010. As Chief People Officer, he works to ensure that every clinic in the network is staffed with knowledgeable, motivated professionals who share a commitment to delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care. He places a strong emphasis on clear communication, clinical accountability, and creating an atmosphere where patients feel confident in their providers and invested in their own progress.
Adam continues to treat patients part-time, keeping him closely connected to the day-to-day clinical experience. He believes that strong patient relationships—built on trust, consistency, and results—are essential not only to individual recovery, but also to the overall success of the practice.
“I am grateful that for the past 23 years I have been able to enjoy coming to work every day and at the same time make a positive impact on my patients’ lives. It’s a wonderful fact that our patients become our extended family while we help improve their quality of life.”
