Matt Stoutenburg graduated with honors from Nazareth University in 2002 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Jay graduated from Ithaca College in 2004 with his masters degree in physical therapy.  He has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since starting his career and has treated a variety of conditions throughout the years. Lesley Mack graduated in 2015 from Nazareth College with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and began working in skilled nursing facilities before joining the Lattimore team. She combines exercise, education, and manual therapies such as massage and mobilization to create an effective, individualized plan of care for each patient. When she is not in the clinic, Lesley enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her friends and family.

Dustin attended the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Genesee Community College before joining the team at Lattimore. His clinical internships afforded him experiences in a skilled nursing facility, an elementary school, and outpatient rehabilitation. He enjoys building strong relationships with patients while helping them reach their therapy goals. When he is not at the clinic, Dustin enjoys swimming, skiing, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
