Since 2012, Melissa has been the administrative assistant at Lattimore of Fairport Physical Therapy. A graduate of Rochester Business Institute, Melissa brings over 19 years of healthcare experience from her time working at Rochester General Hospital and University of Rochester. She is responsible for all front desk operations including scheduling, phone calls, checking insurances, and billing. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
