Heidi Kerwin graduated from SUNY Brockport in 1995 with Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and concentration in Athletic Training. In 1998, she graduated from Genesee Community College in Batavia with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. Heidi has been a part of the Lattimore family for nearly 30 years. She began as a patient and ended up being a clinician.

She has worked in skilled nursing and pediatric settings, but her passion is outpatient orthopedics. She enjoys seeing first-hand, how patients can achieve their goals and thrive through the education, encouragement, and exercises she imparts.

She loves kayaking, biking, and singing, as well as spending time with friends and family; especially her two daughters.
